Exclusive Interview with Frontier Founder David Braben

From time to time you get the chance to meet one of the legends of the gaming industry.
At this years gamescom 2010 it was indeed time, we had the chance to have a quick interview with David Braben, founder of Frontier also known since the early 1980s for the acclaimed game series Elite.

David gave us a quick insight on how it was to create a game for Microsofts Kinect including all it's up and downs as well as working together with Microsoft.

This technology looks amazing. Can't wait to see how they implement it into some of Microsoft's bigger franchises such as Halo.

well have u seen the trailer with Michael Johnson?
he doesn't see how it can be handled right now, since kinect doesn't suit games like that yet. But we agreed that a mixture would be something to look forward to... that might indeed rule :)
